Our Client is an Engineering Institute of Technology which was founded in 1997 with two branches offering 3 years Diploma Courses in Engineering. The Institute is approved by AICTE, DTE & Affiliated to MSBTE, Mumbai. Currently, the Institute offers courses in Computer Technology, Computer Engineering and Electronics & Telecommunications.

College Requirement :

The Head of the Department (Electronics and Telecommunication) was looking for an Entrepreneurship Development Program for its third year college students who are currently pursing Diploma courses…..This lecture was compulsory for the students and we had more than 100+ students who attended the program.

Deliverables by ARVI’s Team :

• We delivered a well thought lecture on the Importance, Objective, current market trends, process and methodologies on being an “Entrepreneur”. While interacting with the students we also discussed on the challenges faced by an entrepreneur.
• Participants being third year student, we proactively added sessions on being positive, how to be a self- starter with examples of successful engineers who have made it big in the corporate world.
• The highlight of the lecture was how to build confidence, overcome public and stage fear along with importance of professional goals, which was appreciated by the students as well as the college management.

ARVI’s Education partner had created individual feedback form for each student on the content and flow of the program. Excellent ratings were received in most of the category with encouraging comments.
