HR Audit

We work closely with our clients in conducting Human Resources (HR) Audit in facilitating them in examining policies, procedures, documentation, systems and practices with respect to an organization's HR functions. We have understood that an effective HR audit helps in identifying the need for improvement and enhancement of the HR function. We have been successful in creating HR Process Manual, Training Manuals for Corporates across industries and sectors.

Competency Mapping

We have identified that one of the most important accountability of HR is Competency Mapping.
