Client Requirement’s:
The company was looking for a professional trainer who could customize a workshop module on overall personality development for their new joiners (Sales / Medical Representatives) during their Orientation Programs held every year in their Head Office – Western Suburbs, Mumbai.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for selecting me to be part of business communication training.
I have learnt, how to communicate effectively and has helped in boosting my confidence. This will help in our business for building good and long-term relationship with our customers. Also learnt that mobile usage, during meetings are annoying. We should keep mobile in silent mode for meets. This gives respect to the opposite person or team of people who are with us.
There was a session of team building game which thought us how to achieve goals/target with working together!
